As Operations Manager & Head of Technology, I own it end to end: the bilingual (AR/EN, RTL-native) WordPress platform and provider directory, the HubSpot case pipeline, the WhatsApp coordination layer, hosting and security, and the automation and AI roadmap — from Arabic intake bots to provider-matching engines.
