Operations and systems engineering at Cure Hospital (Nasr City, Cairo) and Alfa Hospital (Hurghada) — the tooling hospital staff rely on every day, from clinical-rounds tracking to attendance and operations systems.

🧩 Platforms & marketplaces

Full ownership of product and infrastructure at Global Health Gate FZC (Sharjah, UAE): the bilingual patient platform, CRM and case-tracking pipelines, provider directory architecture, and the company’s automation and AI roadmap.

⚙️ Automation & AI

Self-hosted n8n workflows in production — recruitment CV pooling, Facebook lead responders, follow-up sequences — plus LLM-powered tooling, all running on my own Docker-based infrastructure.
