About
The engineer behind the lab.
IT engineer specializing in automation and AI — working at the point where healthcare meets infrastructure.
The work
Two worlds, one operator.
Egyptian healthcare
Cure & Alfa hospitals
Operations and systems engineering at Cure Hospital (Nasr City, Cairo) and Alfa Hospital (Hurghada) — rounds tracking, attendance systems, and the everyday tooling that keeps two hospitals moving. Plus project manager for new system implementations at both.
Since 2026
Global Health Gate FZC
Operations Manager & Head of Technology at a clinician-led medical-travel marketplace (Sharjah, UAE) connecting patients across the Arab world and East Africa with accredited hospitals in Egypt, the UAE, and Turkey. The platform end to end is mine: architecture, patient-facing WordPress, CRM pipelines, WhatsApp coordination, and the automation & AI roadmap.
How I work
Three rules, no exceptions.
Self-host first
My production stack runs on infrastructure I control, so I understand every layer I deploy.
Automate the repetitive
If a task happens twice, it becomes a workflow, a script, or a bot. Machines handle routine; people handle judgment.
Build for the users
Hospital staff and patients don’t care about the stack — they care that it works, in their language, on their phone.
Currently
- Building the Global Health Gate platform v2 — Arabic-first, RTL-native
- Expanding the zozlab automation suite (CV pooling, lead response, and friends)
- Project-managing system implementations at Cure and Alfa
- Writing build notes on this site — it runs on the infrastructure it describes
